About the Report

  • Reporting Period: The reporting period to the most recently completed calendar year
  • Properties: This report includes all properties associated with the portfolio that were owned at any time during the selected 12-month reporting period.

Portfolio Metrics

This tab provides a portfolio-level summary of properties with any certifications, ratings, assessments, and measures for which GRESB credit may apply.
  • Properties with with at least 1 Energy Assessment in last 3 years

  • Properties with with at least 1 Water Assessment in last 3 years
  • Properties with at least 1 Water Measure in last 3 years

This tab provides a list of all properties and their attributes that are reported to GRESB so that users can review them and identify missing or incorrect values.

Property Metrics

This tab provides a list of all properties and whether they have any certifications, completed measures or assessments for which they may receive GRESB credit.
  • Measures and assessments must have a completion date within 3 years of the last day of the reporting period to receive GRESB credit.

Measures List

This tab provides a list of all properties and possible energy, water and waste measures for which GRESB credit can be received.
A list of all possible measures is included for each property, even those that have not been completed, so that users can identify any that may have been completed but not yet reported.
  • A measure row is only populated with data if the measure type was completed within 3 years of the last day of reporting period, otherwise all values are blank.

Assessments List

This tab provides a list of all properties and possible energy, water and waste assessments for which GRESB credit can be received.
A list of all assessment types is included for each property, even those that have not been completed, so that users can identify any that may have been completed but not yet reported.
  • An assessment row is only populated with data if the assessment type was completed within 3 years of the last day of reporting period, otherwise all values are blank.
