Users can be configured to provide varying levels of access across portfolios and properties.
Partner Level
Partner-level users have access to Partner instances, where they can access all accounts, groups, and properties associated with the partner. For example, a partner managing dozens of clients can grant partner employees access to every portfolio and property across clients, enabling them to easily navigate and support each client.
Partner Users
Regular users can access every property and portfolio associated with the partner. They can edit data, generate reports, and manage information across clients. However, Partner Users do not have access to any administrative functions and cannot create new accounts, reassign properties to portfolios, or add, edit, or delete users.
Partner Managers
Managers have all the same access as Partner Users, with the addition of administrative capabilities. This includes access to administrative dashboards where they can create, edit, and delete accounts, portfolios, and users. Managers can also bulk import data for portfolios across the partner instance.

Account Level (Portfolio / Group)
Account-level users have access to account portfolios, where they can access all groups and properties associated with the account. Accounts are typically portfolios that contain all properties (e.g. global portfolio) of a single client, within which properties can be grouped by fund, region or other any other attribute.
Users can be added to multiple accounts with different privileges (e.g., User, Manager). They can navigate between accounts in the same way that Partner Users can.
Account Users
Regular users can access every property and group associated with the account. They can edit data, generate reports, and manage information across the portfolio. However, Account Users do not have access to administrative functions and cannot delete or edit accounts, manage account users, edit notes created by other users or bulk import data.
Account Managers
Managers have all the same access as Account Users, with the addition of administrative capabilities. This includes the ability to edit and delete accounts, manage account users, edit notes created by other users and bulk import data.

Property Level
Property-level users have access to individual properties, where they can access all data associated with the property.
Users can be added to independent properties and accounts with different privileges (e.g. a user can be added to 3 properties with manager access and a separate portfolio as a regular user.)
Property Users
Regular users can access and manage every property-level object listed in the table below. In general, property users are granted all the necessary privileges to help manage data for the property.
Property Managers
Managers have all the same access as Property Users, with the addition of being able to configure property meters for 2-way sync with ESPM and the ability edit notes created by other users. Once a meter is configured for 2-way sync, all users can push meter data to ESPM on-demand.
