The following reports provide extensive meter, property and portfolio-level performance and data quality insights that span multiple years and enable users to conduct additional analysis outside of Abisko. Navigate to Portfolio → Reports → PerformancePortfolio Performance & Data Quality Report
A comprehensive report that includes annual & monthly performance trends and data quality metrics across all meters and properties in the portfolio.Available for: Energy & Emissions, Water & Waste
Portfolio Energy Cost Report
A comprehensive report that includes annual & monthly energy cost trends and data quality metrics across all meters and properties in the portfolio.Includes: Total Energy, Electricity, Fuel and DHC Cost
Scope 1,2,3 Emissions Report
A comprehensive report of all scope 1,2,3 emissions across the portfolio based on property reporting levels and meter space assignments.Includes: Building & Exterior Scope 1,2,3 emissions metrics
Landlord vs. Tenant Energy Report
A comprehensive report that includes annual & monthly energy use trends and data quality metrics for every space type and property in the portfolio.Includes: Base Building, Tenant Spaces, Exterior/Parking & EV Charging Space Metrics

A report that identifies potentially anomalous property attributes, performance metrics, meter configurations and meter entries across the portfolio.Includes: User-defined performance thresholds
ESPM Meter Status by Provider Report
An report that lists every meter in the portfolio that is updated by a specific data provider with additional information about when the meter was last updated and its configuration.Includes: All meters associated with a specific ESPM data provider
ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® Multiyear Performance Report
A performance based excel report that includes performance metrics calculated by ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager over a period of four years.Includes: ESPM Energy, Emissions, Water & Waste performance metrics
GRESB
The following reports help users track GRESB data and assess readiness for reporting. Navigate to Portfolio → Reports → GRESBGRESB Qualitative Data Quality Report
Identifies certifications, measures, and assessments completed at each property, which can be included in the GRESB submission for the specified reporting year.Includes: GRESB Certifications, Measures and Assessments
GRESB Audit Report
Outputs all space-based performance and data quality metrics based on the reporting level of each property that would be included in the GRESB Asset Spreadsheet.Available for: Energy & Emissions, Water & Waste
GRESB Asset Level Spreadsheet
A performance based excel report that includes performance metrics calculated by ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager over a period of four years.Includes: A GRESB-compliant & submission ready GRESB Asset Spreadsheet
