# ESPM Multiyear Performance Report

> Track ESPM performance metrics across multiple years.

**Navigate to Portfolio → Reports → ESPM → 'ESPM Multiyear Performance' Report**

  This report is based on [ESPM Metrics](/espm/metrics) associated with each property.
</Note>

This report includes performance metrics calculated by ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager over a period of four years.

## About the Report

* **Reporting Period:** Annual ESPM property metrics are provided for the selected reporting period and the preceding three (3) years.
* **Properties:** This report includes all properties associated with the portfolio that were owned at any time during the selected 12-month reporting period.
* **Performance Metrics**: All performance metrics in the report reflect those reported by ESPM. These are often reported as N/A if there are any issues associated with data. [Learn more](/espm/metrics).

## Output

This report includes the following ESPM performance metrics for each property for the reporting period and the preceding three (3) years:

* Site Intensity
* Site Total (kBtu)
* Direct GHG Emissions
* Indirect GHG Emissions
* Total GHG Emissions
* Natural Gas
* Water Use Total
* Water Intensity
* Total Disposed of Waste
* Total Diverted Waste
