# PARC

> Tracking qualitative details across properties and portfolios.

The PARC (an acronym for Projects, Assessments, Ratings and Certifications) tab provides a place for users to track and organize qualitative information about their properties.

* **Property → PARC → (Certification & Ratings, Measures, Assessments, Systems)**
* **Portfolio → PARC → (Certification & Ratings, Measures, Assessments)**
